Your Main Responsibilities as a Planner

• Planning and coordinating picking orders for the automated sheet warehouse and the semi-automated round bar picking system, including coordination of customer-specific rework (e.g. sheet cutting, round bar grinding, round bar cutting to length), including machine and personnel planning

• Coordinating the interface between goods deliveries from our production site in Kaprun and the logistics planning of internal sales

• Performing goods receipt bookings in SAP

• Coordinating and organizing repair and maintenance tasks for the Niedernsill logistics center (automated warehouse, round bar line, saws, forklifts, calibration of scales, etc.) in collaboration with maintenance and external suppliers

• Monitoring and ordering packaging and consumables (pallets, foils, twin-wall sheets, printer materials, gas, nails, bandsaw blades, etc.)

• Creating and managing reports for the executive management
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse and logistics

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP)

• Strong social skills, self-reliance, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• High competence in planning and coordinating tasks, with a structured and solution-oriented work approach

• Forklift license and Class B driving license

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)

The minimum monthly gross salary for this full-time position is € 3,196.38 (in accordance with the collective agreement for the chemical industry). We are open to overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
