ZELLAMID® 1100 is based on cast polyamide 6 (PA 6 C) and features high stiffness, excellent impact strength, and very good wear properties. The casting process enables not only low-stress semi-finished products in large dimensions but also a homogeneous material structure with outstanding dimensional stability.
ZELLAMID® 1100 is particularly suitable for large sliding and structural elements, bearing bushings, gears, and other highly stressed machine parts where friction, impact, and pressure play a key role.
