Zell Materials was the first manufacturer worldwide to develop a cast polyamide in which a specially formulated oil is homogeneously integrated into the molecular structure during polymerization.
With ZELLAMID® 1100 OIL, a material was created with a significantly reduced coefficient of friction and increased wear resistance – especially under mixed-friction conditions with combined static and dynamic loads. The modified material structure extends the service life of critical components and makes ZELLAMID® 1100 OIL a proven solution for sliding applications.
