PA 6.6 + 30 % Glass fibers / Polyamide 6.6
ZELLAMID® 250 GF30 is a glass fiber reinforced PA 6.6 with high stiffness, dimensional stability, and improved creep resistance.
The 30% glass fiber reinforcement increases mechanical strength and reduces deformation under continuous load and temperature. At the same time, abrasion resistance is maintained, making the material also suitable for sliding components with structural function.
ZELLAMID® 250 GF30 is used in applications where thermal, mechanical, and tribological requirements must be met simultaneously. For the machining of large-volume parts, preheating the material to approx. 120 °C and the use of diamond-tipped tools are recommended.
