ZELLAMID® 1500 XCA30 combines the structural stiffness of carbon fiber with the thermal and chemical resistance of PEEK.
The fiber reinforcement minimizes deformation under load, improves sliding performance under friction, and significantly reduces thermal expansion. The material remains dimensionally stable and process-reliable even under long-term stress.
ZELLAMID® 1500 XCA30 is used when metallic materials are too heavy or prone to corrosion, and when PAI is unsuitable due to its lower hydrolysis resistance. It is ideal for applications requiring repeatable precision under pressure, temperature, and motion.
