ZELLAMID® 1500 XT is a tribologically optimized PEEK – designed for maximum sliding and wear performance under thermal stress.

The material combines low friction values with high wear resistance and remains dimensionally stable even under sliding load. The PTFE component reduces friction, the graphite content provides emergency running properties, while the carbon fiber ensures mechanical strength and dimensional stability under temperature and pressure.

ZELLAMID® 1500 XT is suitable for highly stressed bearings, sliding guides, seals, and structural components where conventional sliding plastics fail – such as during long dry-running periods, high surface pressure, or alternating temperature cycles.
