Cast PA 6, heat-stabilized / Cast polyamide 6
ZELLAMID® 1100 HS is a heat-stabilized cast PA 6 for use under elevated continuous service temperatures.
Through special additives, the material is stabilized against thermal degradation and shows significantly reduced aging when exposed to heat. The permissible continuous service temperature is slightly higher than that of unmodified cast PA 6.
ZELLAMID® 1100 HS is suitable for components in machinery and plant engineering that are operated continuously in heated environments – such as bearing housings, guides, or functional parts located near heat sources.
