ZELLAMID® 1100 T
PA 6 C + slide-modified / Cast polyamide with sliding modification
ZELLAMID® 1100 T is a modified cast PA 6 with permanently incorporated solid lubricants, additives, and stabilizers to specifically improve friction and wear performance. Under defined conditions, the material achieves a coefficient of sliding friction of approx. 0.15 against steel (dry) and minimizes the stick-slip effect even at low sliding speeds. Typical applications are found in friction-loaded guide elements and linear components with intermittent motion.
