ZELLAMID® 202 MO
PA 6 + MoS2 / Polyamide
ZELLAMID® 202 MO is a slide-modified PA 6 with homogeneously incorporated molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂).
Compared to unfilled PA 6, the material offers improved sliding properties, higher compressive strength, and reduced abrasion tendency. The coefficient of friction is lower, and water absorption is slightly reduced. The black coloration additionally enhances resistance to UV light.
ZELLAMID® 202 MO is suitable for bearing, guide, and sliding components exposed to increased friction, as well as for outdoor applications.
